Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Medford

Close proximity to restaurants and businesses that I prefer. Cleanliness was on point. Complimentary toothbrush as we forgot to pack that essential.

We loved our stay. It was halfway from our home to our destination. It is very convenient; close to food, gas, and the freeway. The customer service agents were friendly, professional, and patient with this weary traveler. A mix-up with my reservation was daunting, but we were placed in another room with the assurance that I would not be charged for the original booking. That is where things went slightly awry. Both the hotel and Booking.com assured me I would not be charged for my original booking, but that is not what has happened. All in all, I am sure we will stay here again if we travel this year or next.

Pleasantly surprised by how new and clean everything was. The staff was very kind and check in and out was super smooth. I even left my car insurance card on the counter during check in and they save the card for me when I went to check. I didn’t eat breakfast but it looked amazing!!

Everything is as great. Very clean and pleasant. Close to a lot of restaurant choices and a gas station.

I snowbird and drive home for 6 months from LaQuinta, CA to Kent WA. I was looking for a hotel that is pet friendly for the long day of my journey off the freeway and in Oregon. Great Location. I will use it on my way back and look for another Fairfield on my way down to CA in the Sacramento area.
